Physical Health:
Exercise regularly (at least 20 minutes per day)
Eat a healthy and balanced diet, avoid caffeine in the afternoon/evening
Get enough sleep (7-9 hours per night)
Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water

Media DETOX! (no 'doom-scrolling'...phone apps exist that can help)
Practice relaxation techniques such as meditation, deep breathing or yoga (good for back health too!)
Make time for hobbies and activities that bring you joy...photography, walks
Manage stress with healthy coping mechanisms...walk the dogs, go for a hike & take the camera
